I just helped process 2 reports from West Virginia from 2 different Appraisers and noticed that West Virginia is misspelled as West Virgina on both licenses.
I guess 2 letter "I"s are enough?
Seriously, how is that even possible?
Does it make all licenses invalid since there is no state named West Virgina?
