Just received some info on CE Online. The "wide range" in cost makes you wonder????? [Where's the beef????]

CE for Real Estate Broker---15 Hours @ $19.95 [$1.33/Hour]

CE for Real Estate Appraisers---30 Hours @ $299.00 [$9.97/Hour]

That's pretty bad! Guess they think the Appraisers make a lot more money???

Maybe the Realtor classes don't teach much??? Or, the Realtor classes are always much larger in attendance and Appraiser classes are always small?

The salesperson CE is very easy on line. I used Bertrogers.com for the 14 hour update. They supply the question and refer to where the answer is in the text. You would have to be really dumb to fail this exam.
Gold Coast has good appraisal classes down here and I actually learn something new every once and a while. I signed up early to split the sessions a couple months apart and before the November madness last chance class.
