Why such tiny dialogue boxes?

Virtually every ACI Dialogue box comprises about 1/8 of the screen, which requires magnifying glasses and/or unnecessary scrolling. Please make all dialogue boxes larger, about 75% the size of the full screen, specially because a user never needs to rely upon data from the underlying ACI screen to populate a Dialogue Box, nor can the user access the underling screen when a Dialogue Box is open, nor can Dialogue boxes be moved around the screen.
