With all the misinformation being blasted by email from the Vegas gang concerning the 3.6, who will be the authority for what constitutes 3.6 approval? I’m already reading bizarre statements regarding the new form that isn’t a form. It’s similar to the background check scam. Some of it even reminds me of the infamous Connecticut feline Toby. For those who remember certain designations and are curious, will it be possible for offspring of Tobias to earn a 3.6 designation? Is it possible get into the 3.6 Diploma industry early?

Classic appraiser politics.

"Schaeffer created a ruckus after a national organization granted Tobias F. Schaeffer, his neutered male cat, the special designation of Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA). The cat received the designation as a certified professional after Schaeffer sent a $75 application fee to the organization."

I remember some very heated exchanges in here and also in the old NAIFA forum about this years after it occurred. As I recall there were some geezers foaming at the mouth and defending their treasured designation notwithstanding the same designation was earned by a housecat. Maybe my hound can be a charter member of the Buzz 3.6 group. :)
