I recently had to re-format my computer, then re-installed Clickforms and Winsketch. The default sketch program is Winsketch but when I try to launch it says it could not open it. I can open Winsketch on its own but not with Clickforms. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Edit - Preferences, scroll down until you see Sketcher Preferences and click on WinSketch. That should do it.

Winsketch is already the the sketch program under preferences. Clickforms acts like it can't find the program to launch it.

Hmmm....I'm stumped. I recently did a couple installations due to a crash and new computers. I had to purchase WinSketch since it is no longer included with Clickforms. But, after everything was installed, it worked fine. I'll try to remember if I did anything special. You could try B & R's teck support, but good luck with that. Plus, I think they charge separately for support now. Sorry I can't offer more help.

Perhaps CF can't find it.
Check under Preferences -- Tools -- Plug-ins for what CF thinks is the path to Winsketch.

..

The path is automatic, can't change it. I can add it as an add on program but it still launch. Hopefully I can get tech support at Bradford to help even if they charge me. Thanks for the feedback.

You may have to contact Jammin at 512 402 0402 to reinstall Winsketch. I think they charge $119. Clickforms no longer includes it for free.

And The Winner Is.

Riick solved the mystery, thanks. The newest version of Clickforms does not support Winsketch. By installing an older version of Clickforms that did support Winsketch, I updated to the newest version and it carried the support files from the old version. Problem solved.

problems with winsketch

problems with winsketch and possible new charges? just the two brothers of the two companies trying to get some extra $$ out of you, thats all.

How far back did you need to go to get it to work?
