wintotal good non lender form?

I will be doing an appraisal for a private party, taking me forever to wade through the Wintotal Alamode form choices.

What is a good form equivalent to a 1004 for non lender work on wintotal? Thanks! :icon_lol:

I always use the AI's GPAR forms for non lending work. I use Wintotal Aurora

In contents there is a folder called alamode General Purpose Forms and Addenda, several choices there. The next folder down is the AI Reports Forms & Addenda, several choices there too.
