I have heard that FHA will no longer accept appraisers unless they are certified by there state. I have called downtown and have verified that this is true, but was unable to confirm a date that this is to take place. Does anyone know how long this will take? I have seen post that states it could possibly take place as soon as next month. Does anyone know exactly when this will happen? Just want to see how long I have to upgrade. I know the obvious answer is to do it ASAP, but if anyone knows, I would appreciate the actual date. Thanks you for your time
