Since the weekend update my xsite homepage is no longer on Google results- I used to have top ranking in my market.
Google is not indexing it because of a 403 error, possibly a firewall issue.
It’s just my homepage (most important page obviously) if you dig through to page 2 of Google you can find my Qualifications page, but no home page.

Is anyone else having this issue?
I think only Alamode is able to fix this but I am getting no answers from them.

Super lame. I spend years improving my SEO ranking and then this…..

What's the url for your site? I can run it through some tools I have.

Thank you for the offer.
I finally got someone on the phone Friday that helped me, they had to reach out to the web development team and the issue was resolved on Saturday.

It’s strange and so easily fixable to have a phone number specific for xsite assistance. Currently its random luck of the draw if you get tech support on the phone that is knowledgeable with xsites.

That's good. This was probably related to the upgrade they did which sounds like (my best guess) they did a data center move of some sort. Which could mess up dns, etc stuff for xsites.

And now none of the xsites are opening on my iPhone or desktop via Firefox or Chrome because of potential security issues.
They performed monthly maintenance Fri night into Sat and it must be from that I’m guessing….. so frustrating

How can Alamode expect anyone to trust their new mobile stuff or upcoming form when they can’t even keep the stuff working that’s been around for 20 years.

Deployments without downtime are ideal, but not always possible. They are extremely complicated - ton of moving parts from server database, dns, routing, etc - lucky they don't do it on a Wednesday. Alamode is generally very reliable and well tested, and backwards compatible.

What's the url for you xsite? I'll take a look.

Maybe on your end not theirs.

Back up and running they had to update some certificate after performing this weekends maintenance……
