What's a good place to find zoning information?

Google the town you are appraising in and specify zoning. I usually start with zoning map. Determine where the subject lies and then search for breakdown of land use and minimum lot size/front dimensions.

Most towns have their zoning on line. Go to the specific city sites and don't fall for the other sites that really aren't part of the city government (I think it is called zoneomics).
