I'm planning on getting a subscription AI and was wondering if anyone can share their experience? I like CoPilot for the Microsoft Office compatibility aspect, but some say ChatGPT is more accurate and is a better overall experience for production. I'm specifically talking about the version that is offline, I'll be keeping my data air gapped.

I use formulabot for any kind of coding assistance - R, Excel, etc. It cost me $150 for an annual subscription, though. I like Claude for general questions.

Assuming you're interested in what it can do in the CG space. If you're on LinkedIn follow Justin Gohn, he posts a lot of great info and if you reach out he's available for consults. If you're not, google him and reach out.

I just had my third problem with AI and Flood Maps and Location Maps. Subject location was off by .33 mile and flood map was over 6 miles off. Applicant is now questioning everything. Software is ACI, been with them for 30 years, How would you deal with an AI problem that you can't control? If I spend $ 800. a year for ACI, I expect some accurate plotting.
I just told the client that software (AI) chose the maps not me. Maybe they with think twice about AVM's and Drivebys relying on AI data.

I'm a dinosaur like the rest of you guys now. I have no idea what to use AI for.

Don't feel intimidated, jump in. We're at the beginning of the beginning, no one really knows where this is going. I'm trying to keep up not because I think I can develop something, I want to be able to recognize when someone with more resources and smarts develops something.

What are you using it for?

I'm not intimidated. I have no use for it. Basic human intelligence working fine.

I guess Turn time is the problem with originators. They want it NOW. To close the Deal today. Not wait 3-10 days for some report that would kill the deal
