Bathroom exhaust fan when no window

Motionless bathroom fan is my dream easy life. I have a motion light in the bathroom for my laziness, adding motion fan would be the perfect bath room. Motion sink water and auto flush toilet, i've gone to heaven.

The subject property includes a bathroom without an operable window. No mechanical exhaust fan was observed. While HUD Handbook 4000.1 states that bathrooms must have adequate ventilation, FHA does not specifically require an exhaust fan if a window is absent. Instead, FHA defers to local building codes to determine ventilation requirements. The absence of a window or exhaust fan may contribute to moisture retention, which could affect the property's condition over time. This does not necessarily require repair but should be noted for lender review.

One time I had a small window in the bathroom with no exhaust fan but the bathroom ended up with mold on ceiling.
With tenants, you don't know what they do. May not even use the fan.

Personally, best would have window slightly open at all time and have exhaust fan on when showering.
When finished, I would still leave fan on and leave the light on to prevent mold growth.

When I had my bathroom remodeled, I had it painted with no mold paint. I hope there is such preventive paint.
I wanted effect of an enclosed shower over tub so I custom made a glass enclosure almost close to the ceiling. Thus, unfortunately my ceiling would get moist. Wished I put ceiling tiles to insure no mold growth.

What about older homes which were built pre codes?
Check your code. I would imagine it is addressed in there somewhere. Usually they are grandfathered in.

So a Dyson exhaust fan which is doesn't move more air but, is incredibly quiet and costs 5x as much. Wonder if that exists?

It's called cleaning the shower area. I've only seen mold in really bad ghetto properties where it looked like total neglect.

In damp climates areas it happens quite quickly,
