I jacked up and lost interior/exterior photos of a SFR in Beaumont for a rush assignment. I'm still digging deep to find the lost photos but will give up looking by 1:00 pm today. Because the 3-hour RT drive is unbearable IMO, I will gladly Zelle a Beaumont peer ... say $150 ... just to take the photos and email them to me, but it's gotta happen by end of day today, on Monday. Please let me know if you're available, and I will determine whether the owner is available this afternoon or evening. It's a confidential legal matter, and because I literally inspected the property there should be no regulatory concerns, though I probably will disclose of the assistance in the report. Please text/call me at 951.530.2089. I will Zelle in advance as a show of good faith.

Good luck - the person taking the photos would not have any exposure in any event, so if you're OK with it, and you disclose it and your client is cool - no harm, no foul. If that was my neck of the woods I'd do it for you for free (the first time anyway - don't make it a habit ;) )

What, too far from TX to Beaumont, CA???? Flashback to my time as a Trainee walking the neighborhood for comp photos because I didn't have enough money for gas...

Too far to Beaumont, TX - nevermind CA ... not going back there again! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Give the HO the $150.00 and ask them to take the photos and ask if the value needed was okay....lmao

Most younger home owners took pretty good photos when i asked them to, for a messed up photo that i took.
Tell them to stand back and take several if needed. Wasn't that the way we were supposed to do the covid appraisals.
