Bradford can give all this info in 10 seconds. But wait.........

API keys.
Can't get the code without the association approval. Unlike idx feeds that go directly to the brokerage website, I wonder how the information is kept from being exploited by the 3rd party (Bradford).

Pretty sure they sell the key to anyone with a credit card.

It's not.

Poor old Jeff is behind the times again. Per Opteon their JARO software can complete an appraisal report on site.
The Jaro manager product (poorly) ripped off some features/layout from mine (Appraisal Inbox) and is still trash. I don't have high hopes for their actual appraisal software...

loads over 200 similar properties ready for your market analysis. And how much time will you spend figuring 200 similar properties as being similar for your subject market. Makes me nervous about it's abilities. Alamode hasn't said one word about what they can do, although they say they are ready.

All indications are that the new UAD 3.6 will take more time if we perform appraisals as we currently do with form-filling applications. At Bradford Technologies, we believe this is the perfect time to reset and provide an appraisal platform for the future. With NightHawk®, speed matters. In the first 10 seconds of starting a report, NightHawk retrieves information from Public Records, Subject MLS, Market MLS, Permit History, Street Views, Aerial Views, Flood Map, Energy Certs and loads over 200 similar properties ready for your market analysis. That's just the first 10 seconds! You should see how fast NightHawk generates the new report.
On the "Scott Adams BS Meter" this rates a 10 out of 10, simply based on the way that it is presented. As Scott would have said, it has all the outeard indications of being off the charts BS.
