Clickforms 3.6 UAD

How can you know the outcome is reasonable if you don't understand it?
It seems that with politics and the law, perception is just as good as reality. And the programs that give you the info, CU for example, still will not give you a better answer than the 1st time it got it wrong. I've seen it's comp choices.

April I believe. If it works as they claim, it will be superior to others.

I have no idea why the GSEs are willing to trust AI filling out a form based on wildly inaccurate and random MLS data, or lidar sketches that are typically 5-10% incorrect, but if that's what they want, that's what they'll get.
problem w/ that is we are responsible for the information... AI etc.

Anyone else getting an uneasy feeling about Bradford's timeline on a release? This seems to be dragging on way longer than I would have thought, while other companies are up and running already.

I'm a 20 something year user of Clickforms, but I'm not willing to wait to the last possible minute to learn a new platform. One of my top two clients claims they are switching over to 3.6 on 7/1, and they do very little FHA/USDA work, so.... 95% of their orders will be 3.6.

Plus... without knowing anything about pricing, and hearing that it will/could be a "per use" model vs monthly/yearly, AND will be separate from their "Legacy" forms.... I feel like they're kinda fumbling things a bit here for their long time customers.

"should". yes, but that's not how these "GSE approved" software apps are being marketed.
The GSEs do not "approve" or endorse any software. Listing on the GSEs' web sites simply means that the software has been verified to be in compliance with the technical specs.

I have used multiple versions of the UAD 3.6 software, and the differences between the various software providers is much greater than it is/was for the original 2.6. I think appraisers should try different versions (especially while they are free) and decide which works best for them.

They win they profit, they lose we pay.

I read you. Taxpayers bailed the people out making the rules. It is like Fox watching the hen house. Private banks that keep their loans in house are way more serious on their real estate appraisers and their competence. I don't know any banker or GSE employee that went to jail. Or mortgage broker for that fact.

They committed mortgage fraud. Good old taxpayer will bail us out.

Everybody involved in that chain on many many loans committed mortgage fraud.

Is that like it is my way or the highway?
A bit... more like companies who are happy taking above market risk because they know the American taxpayer is on the hook if they jack stuff up - as they're wont to do...
