Condo Fees in Florida Threaten Owners

My only advice to Senior's sell the 2 story and sell the HOA and get a Non HOA single story and pay to have the lawn cut.

I wouldn't be surprised if that condo was worth $200K 2-3 years ago. Definitely an oversupply; people can't get out quick enough.
