File index out of date

When I click on my File Lister to pull up an old report I get an error message stating that File Lister is out of date. Then my computer freezes and I have to reboot.

When I save a report it states the same thing that it can't index the report because the file index is out of date. Anyone have this problem?

I have had that a couple of times. Have you tried going to system utilities and run track db rebuilt. ACI must be closed.

The last time I had to call ACI and they had me go through several steps to clear it up. It included deleting several files and running table updater.
