Rather than the dark ages....

Fannie and Freddie need some fat trimmed as they have lost faith in the value of appraisers. They think we are receptive to much lower fees for more assignments that take longer than they think.

I hope Danny survives, just so he can see the hybrid model die on the vine. Hopeful thinking on my part.
