Has Anyone Completed A 3.6 Yet

I literally cannot get through a 3.6, no matter which software I try. ACI is a total disaster, I don't think they will be ready until 2050, Aivre is ok, but I still have not able to complete one, and the AI feature is a waste of time - you have to correct everything it thinks (such as saying hardwood floors when they are LVP, saying the yard is fenced because there is a fence at the home next to it etc), and am trying SFREP, but that is more expensive than the rest. Total I have not tried, the people there bug me every day about signing up. Very annoying. My eyes hurt from spending countless hours testing software. Maybe I'm just too old to learn new software
I mean its not meant to be a form to make things easier.

printing and hand delivery seemed so much more profitable... :rof:

Aivre just released pricing this morning, three packages: After a $500 discount for the first year, $1,000 package, $2,000 package, $3,000 package. Not sure how many people will sign up, but the days of cheap appraisal software are coming to an end.

Thanks for posting this, I have not received the email yet regarding pricing, so I was wondering what it would be. That is definitely out of my range, I think I am going with SFREP. After watching their 4 hour course last week that demonstrated a complete 3.6 from start to finish (unlike the fluff piece that is strictly a sales pitch by Aivre), I got a better understanding of how it will work, and it doesn't seem so daunting. Plus their yearly rate is much less than Aivre.

Unless Zitin follows through with his promise... I've heard that they're in testing w/the GSE's now.

No one does anything for free, especially corporations with PE investors. Bottom line: he can say what he wants to say, but his investors won’t let him give away anything.

Sounds like you've already looked into your crystal ball. :)
