I thought that this was urgent help needed by our leftist posters who use their leftish media for proof of their bizarro rantings here. But, it still will not stop here.
From Washington Examiner:

The media are losing their friends just as they lost viewership and readership as they stepped up bias, according to a new survey of news consumers.

Younger voters, older people, Hispanics, Republicans, independents, and even Democrats cited pro-Democratic bias in agreeing that they just can’t hate the media enough.

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey shared with Secrets found that 49% believe news bias is getting worse, while, by a margin of 44% to 29%, likely voters agree with the statement: “No matter how much you hate the media, it’s not enough.”
There is little disagreement that Democrats are the beneficiaries. Even Democrats agreed. Asked if the media organizations favor Democrats over Republicans, 43% of Democrats agreed while 24% disagreed.
But consumers still see it, and most believe it favors Democrats. Rasmussen said that 49% see bias getting worse, compared to just 11% getting better.

Why ia this in Urgent Help Needed? Do you help with something?

Sadie has a point Tom, the industry would probably be better served if you had posted it in the USPAP sub forum, the USPAP pukes are cranky theses days because new UAD forms, hybrids and institute scandals have taken center stage and they feel left out. Media bias can become a USPAP issue if we all get creative.

Seriously, there are few threads here that don't go political. I was trying to help the left bias posters. I think that's pretty urgent in helping my fellow appraisers. This forum is not a set document, it's a living forum. Just very little to post appraisal wise, especially seeing the last post sitting there for weeks. It was basically unused appraisal space which i decided to occupy, just like the summer of love.
The truth can be posted here anywhere one likes, especially in unused spaces. And the bias political posting is basically a few taking over in their dislike of djt.

I agree and I never cease to be amazed. A thread may start as developing a GRM for a rental assignment and it will end up being about which politician caused rents to be so high. Gotta love it.
