How come Appraisal Institute doesn't offer this course?

Got an email from Calypso continuing education.

1) New 7 hour required course "Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations Course, with 1 hour exam starting January 1, 2026.
2) After that every 2 years must take 4 hour course on the same subject.

Anyone else gotten the notice?

I wonder if this will count toward our 28 hours or if it is on top of the 28 hours such that we now need 32 hours of continuing education.

Contact TAF and inform them that you will reach out to the White House and other government agencies if they continue their pursuit of what you believe to be a racially motivated DEI money grab. I contacted the OMB last week and successfully had them remove the DEI content from their website. These sewer rats only care about their self-preservation.
