Office Deliquencies

I wonder if that may be offset somewhat in 2025 as LOTS of companies (including mine) have started requiring employees to return to the office.

I'm waiting to see if return to office brings residential demand back to DC. It should but I'm not sure.

I bet we see a lot of strikes from Federal featherbedders and that they get fired and replace by people willing to work in the office.

SF has high vacancy rate for office buildings.
Worst vacancy rate is in nearby Oakland. City without a permanent mayor. Under supply and slow response of police.
Once busy downtown Oakland is now a ghost town, a dangerous one.

Reddit is on fire with people complaining about returning to the office.
I heard Reddit wants to reduce their staff. Forcing workers to return to office is one way for some to resign voluntarily. Saves company severance pay.
That sounds like Trump and Elon's plan in pushing federal workers to quit.

Every time a corporation lays off workers, you must be jumping with joy.
