I think sometime in my tree line your great great grandfather told mine the cave he was buying was in the dinosaur bad lands. Bad external obsolescence. Now he was Fernando the great appraiser.
It a shame how you have let that name degrade into fernando the clueless. Not that there any thing wrong with being clueless.
