I would have included a rear even though the condo buildings appear to be back to back based on your description....or I would have taken a picture of the side where the two buildings meet. No trip fee. I think its standard operating procedure.

I vote with photo at no charge. Start getting into ther habit of taking more photo's than you need in case you need one. As you ride out there, remember education cost money,. consdider this a educational experience.

FNMA requires a rear view. You erred in not providing one. Certainly the Scope of your appraisal was to meet FNMA guidelines? Take the photo, NO FEE.

The more pictures the better. I take multiple exterior photo's and label them.

Since the rear is another unit, take one of your comp photos you didn't use and just plug it in there. Who would know the difference. :icon_mrgreen:

They get it all, plus interior pics, pics from the deck, sunset, highnoon, sunrise what ever might be happening. Hemp growing in the bathroom, teenage boys from with pic on the walls, teenage girls room with all the clothing on the floor and tossed around, Dads room with all the dead critters and fish on the wall, Mons kitchen with all the KFC empty boxes piled up.

No I would not charge for it if I failed to provide it and should have been part of the sow.
