Just Curious Mike, but are you finding that the appraisers with multiple state licenses are being denied renewal based on the action in another state? I'm renewing at this time in VA, and of course I had to provide a certificate of good standing from CA in order to renew in VA.

GH .......good question for each state board; I'm not privy to individual states' renewal data - these public notices. Hopefully each state board actually reviews ASC notices....and takes appropriate referral action.
