New name for former appraisers?

I vote for "Recovering Appraiser"

Used Appraiser, No Title Available.

No longer a know-it-all?

Recovering Appraiser or Recovering Appraisaholic.

Reading this puts me in a nostalgic sort of mood….I almost teared up thinking of some former members. Why not immortalize a previous forumite by having a “Bishop Rose” level of membership, after all, he actually mailed his license back to the fine people at OREA, correct?

We aim to please.

Your signature line gave me an excellent idea for a new business! Appraisals by Remote Viewing! The appraiser could remotely view the property. Think of the savings in time and gas!

To that effect I have started a new web site just for this purpose! Appraisals by Remove Viewing (ARV) is the next big thing. We will have designations and classes. Get on the list before all the ARV zones get sold out! It is free to sign up!

LOL - let's get out the Ouiji board too!

Okay "retired appraiser" it is, and you are the first (and only for now)

We will handle it like all the other appraiser status. I must be able to verify that someone has had a license anytime in the past or holds a current license to be classified as a "retired appraiser".

How about " 'tired appraiser" or appraiser (tired):)
