Ignorance is bliss, heh?

Appraisal port is $7 bucks. The state could easily charge this per appraisal. If it costs more than that, no one could argue that its not a value added service that appraisers passed on to the clients as a required part of the cost of doing business.
Do you think the NCAB could find room in their building? :rof:

Ignorance is bliss, heh?

It's easier to support something blindly than exploring all the options. It's also easier to act on learned behaviors rather than to think about what is being said vs what’s actually being done.

No one knows why ignorance is bliss - If ignorance is bliss, why aren't more people happy?

Lets not be sidetracked by ignorance and bliss.

Back to Oregon Dougs question.

They shouldn't' have a problem with heat build up on the over-crowded servers.

All this just to make mortgage back security investors feel warm and fuzzy about American mortgage paper again? We're attacking the wrong end of the beast.

This is but one front on the battle field of the war to take back our profession.

And it's an important one.....the powers that be do not want us anywhere but under their thumb in order to maintain control of the appraisal. Success on this front would send a strong message that WE can come together to effect change that is in the best interest of the Public by fending off the self-interest groups. It only takes one state like Georgia or Virginia to get the ball rolling......

This has become so surreal, I don't know if some posters are being serious or sarcastic.

Yeah, we couldn't believe it either, how could they do that to the profession and American Public. This is a serious issue and they have sarcasticly been hiding their true intentions to us.
