Al, have you ever submitted a report to a client that they ended up ignoring?
If you mean, not hitting the number and then the client sending it to to Skippy, Sure, hundred of times.

I find the venom in many of the posts in this thread hilarious, particularly when one post the proof someone was right in order to prove they were wrong. It's just too funny. :rof:

It's gone from funny to disgusting for some of us. I have lost pretty much any respect I had for a couple of people here due to their undisguised efforts to ignore facts and to create confusion and fear in the minds of those who are unsure about the facts.

Danny continues to attempt to educate and present the facts as they exist. I have no idea why he persists, but I have to admire him for it.

Al,

Well then you know what it's like to bust your *** for an unappreciative client. Now throw in the peer harrassment factor for having performed that assignment for an unpopular client and I think you'll get a taste of where Danny's at right now.

As far as I'm concerned, funky clients need good appraisal services even more than do great clients.

I think it's a real stretch to call it "peer" harrassment ...

And the reason for the my post.

....... I guess you fell into the wrong timing for what Z had set up. My apologies DW.
But, Just as some assignments, I just pass them up. They are not worth the liability. Yet,others, you do not know what you are getting into until it is to late.

I don't know about you, but I've voluntarily accepted some assignments I knew up front would be losers because I was concerned that the next person on their list would screw it up. I've gotten involved with causes here on this forum that I knew would never contribute to my bottom line, and for the same reason.

Every once in a while you get an opportunity to take one for the team. It's not the most profitable way to do business but sometimes that's not the thing. I'm just sayin'.

Completely agree George, the last complex assignment I did was not for $$ gain, but for Growth....................and many thanks for those that helped. Cheers.

Post #1127 contained identifying information of a poster who uses a "screen name" so it has been edited to protect the named person.

The complaint was not from the named person, but from a different reader of this thread.

Wayne has allowed "screen names" on the forum and the people using "screen names" have made their reasons clear for using a screen name.

Please abide by those requests.
