I don't like the Fannie review forms for any review assignment.
If you haven't already done so, you might want to ask your client if they have any preferences. If not, you have the freedom to choose whatever you think will work best.
If you choose any of the residential forms you will probably have to add in an a section to cover the GRM and other multi-unit specific elements of the original appraisal.

What is the scope of work? Lending purposes, litigation. I am doing a review of a 1004 report currently and am on page 57 of my narrative report. Scope of Work dictates how to complete the assignment.
