The realtor faxed over radon test results which showed over 4x the normal level of radon in the house. I will disclose this in the appraisal report but I am wondering whether FHA will require a remediation system to be installed prior to the closing. I am sure I can find out after they make a decision but I am curious if anybody has any experience with this.

I don't think I would comment on the report in the appraisal report. I would CB4 the appraisal for a radion inspection and possible remediation. How do you know the report is accurate? Let the UW make that call. Don't take on more liability than you have to. Us an extraordinary assumption in the report concerning the situation.
