Hey P.E.! We agreed on something today! LOL... We agree most the time on stuff.. ;)

If this "R"ealtor wants to play out some "what if" senarios don't you agree that could be done using generic forms not intended for lending? I think explaining that to this Realtor would be the fastest way to find out what the real hidden intentions are here, if any. Could just be inexperience, some mortgage broker leading the Realtor by the nose, both, or collusion.

But somehow, coming out of CA this just is not so surprising.....

I fear the "R" has talked an estate into selling to a buddy at x .. and buddy wants to borrow at x plus ... thats what I fear ..... the whole thing kinda smells .....

In an honest world it sure could be done ..... not so sure this is an honest world.

PS .. and Webbed ... we only disagree when you are wrong ... :rof:
