Thanks Mike. But I have a printed copy of that document in a notebook right above my computer monitor, I've read it online a hundred times, and I've read it while standing at the counter at the City of Ukiah planning department.

But it doesn't have anything to do with the property I posted about which is in Hopland which is under County jurisdiction.

To save you the trouble of finding the link for county information on Google I'll just give it to you.

The appraisal was completed under CB4

REQUIRED INSPECTIONS OR CORRECTIONS:
The below items were noted during the onsite visual observation and subsequent investigation of the subject property's relevant characteristics. These items require professional trade/skill inspection or repair to meet MPS/MPR (minimum property standards/minimum property requirements). Repairs must be completed in a professional manner in compliance with HUD guidelines. Lender to coordinate repairs and document that all readily observable deficiencies indicted in this report have been acceptably corrected, or waived by lender.

1. Inspection and certification by a licensed professional engineer to verify that the foundation that is installed meets the foundation requirements described in HUD Handbook Permananent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes. A recorded copy of California HCD Form 433A which attests to permanent, legal affixture is also required.

2. Installation and connection of Liquid Petroleum Gas service.

I3. Inspection and testing of heating system, water heating system and cooking appliances which use gas (LPG).

4. Final inspection by Mendocino County Planning and Building and issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
