I agree with Web. Reviewing others work is a serious responsibility. The form should not dictate the content of any review.

My main point is this...the form 1032 does not have an area to review the "project information or project analysis"...that is all...I have been working in the appraisal industry for 8 years...webbed foot you should chill out a little and encourage forums like this instead of be so "in your face" to people who occasionally come here.

Don't think the duck apologized--not in his repetoire when dealing with such questions on the forum. He does make salient points while pulling no punches. You'll get used to him--I expect to someday!

Yes, you had your status as "Trainee" when you first posted, have changed it since, and when I decided to look at your prior posts to try and grasp your background if I could ... I mistook the first screen to be saying those were threads you started .. and with Cpowers showing as a trainee also I missed it wasn't your post that started that other thread.. so me bad.

You will have to fire up your word processor and supplement the form via addendum to address the project analyses.

As to my failure to encourage occasional vistors, I'll work on that. I'll try and let my goof up today be a lesson to me! .. But don't expect much out of me towards the ones that make themselves look like occassional reviewers.
