I don't know. Did I read it correct? It has its own word processing and spreadsheet tools? Does that mean one would have to learn a new program (presumably little different, but different nonetheless from excel and word)?

Rescom- do you use Narrative 1? I do. Some shortcomings (I've never seen an appraisal software program that was perfect), but for the most part, easy to work with because it is word & excel based.
