I thought FHA was not adoptig the UAD. However I am starting to get ads for CE classes about the UAD and the last few have said FHA will be requiring it. Any1 else heard this?
 
Both FHA and VA will require this.
 
Where have you been? HUD and VA have both adopted the UAD. So, get ready!
 
Well Scott, I have been to a CE class on the IUD, I mean UAD, and as of the middle of March it was F/F only. Actually, as much as I hate the concept, it is better for all to be the same, less confusion within the confusion.
