So there is no vapor hazards or that sort of thing with coal?
It is I guess in it's raw state where it's less volatile than after refinement.
FHA does have a rule for leftover junk and construction supplies, etc.
Don't think that's applicable for personal use fuels though.
Otherwise, looks like a non issue. Organized, reasonably contained, etc.
Don't photo, just state.
If you put a photo in there, you've got to immediately turn around and say you're not a coal expert, and assumed acceptable.
