Rep from VA tells me the Atlanta regional loan center is the busiest in the United States and indicates that is part of the reason in the regional loan center for VA that fees have not been adjusted in about 6-7 years. They are swamped on man power is basicly the message.

I thought our government cares so much though. If they cared so much they would have more man and woman power in the VA regional loan center.

The Denver Regional Office would challenge Atlanta's claim. Denver covers 7 or 8 states from Colorado clear to Alaska.

I am just the messenger. But since fees have been changed in the Atlanta regional loan center, things have changed drastically and at least one there says it is due to workload on them compared to other regional loan centers. Fees have not been changed since August, 2009 in the Atlanta regional loan center.Things were way different in August, 2009.

Maybe your man power and woman power is greater than the Atlanta RLC. When were your fees changed last?

Atlanta regional is a mess. The right doesn't know the left and they argue with each other over the "guidelines" which are some of the most vague ones you will see of any region. The LAST person that regional is concerned about is the appraiser or fair market value. I would fall over from shock if they gave an increase.

Yes, they do make that claim. From some of the recent hires, there doesn't seem to be much of a training process.

We have been a $450 since 2013
