People In Photos

I told a homeowner today, lenders don't want people in the photos.
But they can't complain about your horses. I asked them to move, but they didn't listen. :ROFLMAO:

In the yard, there were chickens. I didn't want to take photos with chickens in them. Lender may want me to find out any ordinances on chickens on property

Way beyond the scope of appraisal.
Doesn't mean they won't try. :leeann2:

Raising your own chickens is the new suburban "thing" along with gardening. You can even rent a chick...typically you will spend a $1 per egg produced :)

Next we'll see people milking goats or cows in the back yard... Ah, back to the farm and I just gave away my wooden beam plow. I have more plows though, and a harness...now if my neighbor will loan me her $200,000 Friesian. She says he won't pack and not to ask again...so maybe plowing would be "OK" :rof:

A local ordinance regulating the keeping of chickens bans roosters.

Fresians - if my neighbor had one, I'd never get past his pasture.

I tried that once with a donkey. He would not move! What an ***.

Was it a black leg or a white leg?

I know lenders don't want people in photos. However, I didn't want to disturb person sitting on sofa so I took a photo with her/his leg with stocking & slipper on so no evidence of skin color. I know it's for discrimination purposes for not having people but if no skin is showing on people, is it acceptable.
Where do you get this nonsense about blurring images and trying to keep people out of photos? Please share.

Where have you been? Illinois? Get out of the rock.
Reviewers always ask photos not to have people in pictures. I was at a house recently and there was a mirror. It captured his white arm so I couldn't take the photo.
People discriminate unconsciously whether you know it or not. And it's not just people. Pets. Religion. Culture. Messy Rooms. Elderly. Bikers. Gays.Poor living standards. Etc.
Also, I never blur my photos with any software. I don't like to alter original photos. However, if there's no way to get people out of photo, I set my camera by taking a blurry photo on purpose. Reviewers have accepted my "blurry" photos as long as you can still see the photo somewhat.

How many people were sitting on this couch before I photoshopped them out? Hint: 1 was a baby. Its not a great photoshop job because it doesn't matter for the appraisal. The quick PS job took 2-3 minutes.DSC05357.JPG
