Using MLS Photos

Taking original comp photos are a waste of resources - too little bang for the buck IMO. .

I could not figure out why a 2,000 SF home built in 2005 was selling for so little. Next door was this vacant gem in terrible condition.

If I remember that obnoxious thread correctly dj was an ahhh yessss man when it came to comp photos.
If MichCG was in that camp we could assume the photo in his post came from the MLS!!:rof:

Um, do you see the picture on your screen?

Do you think the Realtor put that picture in the MLS to showcase the wonderful neighbor to the west?

Of course I took that picture so I could put it in the report.

LOL....I was shaking my head thinking the same thing when I read that.
