I'm sympathetic with Julie - the children's father was a jerk of the first order.

Taking original comp photos are a waste of resources - too little bang for the buck IMO. .

I could not figure out why a 2,000 SF home built in 2005 was selling for so little. Next door was this vacant gem in terrible condition.
