You are 100% spot on. I mean, there is no way that an appraiser who, for example, was caught red handed in illegal activity would then spend a great deal of time posting false things on the Internet disparaging the entity that caught him. It would be just silly to think anything like that ever happened.

I am left wondering how some (not necessarily you, E) reconcile their conflciting theories. I mean, if AMCs all get together and price fix, how does it then follow that one or two are alleged to always be cheaper.
