I have been getting a scare ware pop up. It looks like the browser has something downloaded into its cache from this web site.

Your system is infected with 3 viruses!.gif

You have to empty the browser cache and cookies.

Or upgrade to Gold Supporting Member for no annoying google ads etc. :)

I have found a program that blocks ads, cookies, malware, etc. After flushing the cache, and resetting the browser, no problem. Keep flushing the cache periodically.

If the pop-ups are repeatedly coming back, users need to pay attention to what site they're on when it happens and avoid that site.

I fancy myself as a student of ancient history (mostly western); ergo, by avatar, Cicero.
Mercury (or, Hermes), was the messenger of the gods. Also known as the god of thieves and tricksters! (Please do not read anything more than the historical reference into that!)
I think appraisers see more thieves and tricksters than the average human. I used to believe people were generally honest, that was before appraising.

That's because mercury was a fast traveler and could get away, which is what those people also do.

I have a complete set of Dante's trilogy.

.
My favorite read.
The annotated one (John C??? I cannot recall his last name other than it is Italian, naturally) by my bed is so dog-eared it is time for me to buy a new one.

I read it complete about once a year and always find something new (or, rediscover something) each time.
Inferno is the easy read. Epic, in my mind.
Paradisio (even as a Catholic, and not a great, practicing one at that!) is tough for me.
Purgatorio is where I find hope and gravitate to.
