It is part of the legal. Did you put the unit number with the address or did you put it under the unit #?

I put in the unit number in the unit number box even if not part of mailing address. Nobody has ever given me grap about that.

Yeah they are giving me grief because the unit # is not reported in the God Almighty title report. blah. If it was in the title report, then they would not even question it.

How do I explain to them that the Unit number should still be reported even if it is not used in the physical address?

If it is a UAD appraisal. Just refer them to the FNMA UAD requirement I posted earlier. Has worked for me every time it comes up. Asked one AMC reviewer if they were asking me to lie in my report. Never heard back

They are just going to reiterate that the unit number is not part of the physical address.

The unit number is a separate field. Does not fall under same requirement as property address, city, state and zip code.
