I use desktop and a phone. Wife uses desktop and a phone. Tablets were collecting dust until my daughter discovered them.

I got the second for backup. All my programs are on there, and I copy all files to it in case the main computer dies.
In which case I can pick up and keep working right quick, although on 1 screen instead of 3, and on a slower computer.
