The article has bad advice from Fannie regarding separate parcels. The advice goes counter to that which is in their "Selling Guide".

Though I am trustful that Fannie will soon offer a revision, it is good to express your concern.

wow - you really just posted Lyle's work email address?? He's not the one that produced that article. He works in the CU group, not in the policy group...
 
He has absolutely nothing to do with that article...

If you are correct then 2 former members of the ASB are wrong as well as a 3rd person who has familiarity with this matter.

pretty sure I'm correct - I correspond with his direct reports on CU issues. And even if he was, Pretty sure it's VERY poor taste to post someone's work (or personal) email on this forum.
