Other than the 1004P form and COVID related addendums, etc., what new forms? Last I read the GSEs were working on a digital format as opposed to a form based system. Here's a recent thread (see post 10):

Fannie and Freddie jointly released new forms in July - 70H/1004 Hybrid and 70D/1004 Desktop. The hybrid form is for test and learn use only at this point. The desktop is for future use.

No. The new forms are to align the GSE reporting for the test and learns (hybrid/bifurcated). Previously, Fannie used the 1004P and Freddie used the Test Form 70H. Now they will both use the new forms released in late July.

The new forms are NOT to be used for COVID reports. COVID reports should be done in accordance with the existing Lender Letters/Bulletins.
