I searched before posting

Looking for a spreadsheet for tracking bids/orders, date accepted, AMC/lender, date due/inspected/typed/reviewed/submitted, who is inspecting, typing, reviewing etc. Anyone willing to clear out theirs and/or send a template of what works for them?

one man shop here. i print page one of the order that has the order date, due date, lender/client, and other such pertinent information on it. i then hand write the date i set the appointment, the appointment date, and who i spoke with to confirm the appointment. everything else, except billing, is done off memory.

Thanks for your reply but exactly what I am trying to get away from Larger shop coordinating multiple appraisers etc.

If you all used one software, perhaps one of the software vendors includes that, but the glitch is in the use of narratives. So the best I could suggest is you create your own template with a sheet for each appraiser, same format and log in the client, address, date of engagement, date of inspection, date paid, fee, tendered, and comments or type property, etc. You can sum each fee, and I am thinking newer spreadsheets from Excel have a calendar reminder function? Or perhaps just put a reminder on their phones or let the individual appraiser set their own appointments and keep them. Assign a block of numbers or a letter for each appraiser..the year...and assignment number.

Same here. When the job is done I scan the papers into the computer file, then recycle them.

But for a bigger shop, I think Alamode Total has some features for you. Maybe.

Or, should not be too hard to make your own spreadsheet, I'm thinking.
Could be wrong on that.

You could post this on an Excel forum where they bid on jobs.
