I'll get it after its been in the population for a while.
 
Definitely. About half of my family are medical or first responders. They will get it first. That's good. I definitely will if it don't kill me before I get it.
 
I have one pregnant daughter in law, one pregnant daughter, two pregnant nieces. They can't take it. They don't know enough yet how it could impact baby. My mom will set a world record on great grandchildren in our family if all goes well. She already has 2 and will have 4 in 2021 if the Lord is willing. My family has had many children over the years but I don't think any great grandmother had 4 great grand children in one year....I'm sure it has happened, I just don't think it has happened in our family.

I am hesitant to get the vaccine just because I don't normally get shots. I don't think I have ever even gotten a flu shot.
 
If you get the vaccine can you still spread?
 
I think I would consider getting it if it means that I can't spread COVID to other people. If I can spread regardless if I get the vaccine or not, I don't know if I want to get it.
 
I suppose we must all weigh the risk as individuals. Never say never, but I’m going to pass until the evidence shows the vaccine poses less risk to me than the virus. It’s ironic that the counter-culture Anti-American beatniks who have distrusted authority all their lives are racing to the front of the line like a Wal-Mart blue light special to get their Fauci injection. Maybe they see it as a small risk since they’ve injected so many other substances in their bodies and lived to tell about it.
 
I think I read somewhere that only 70% of the population need to get it for herd immunity.
