I came across this term in MLS from a listing agent.
I assume it means master bathroom. First time I see this term.
I'd been trying to find correct political correct label for master bathroom and this could be it.
Before I would say large bathroom but doesn't sound right.

Could be a master bath or just any bath integral to the bedroom.

So you think it's a more general term than master bathroom.
I don't think it is. I know it is. If you have 2 or more bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Would you call them all master bedrooms.

Oh well. I'll keep looking for a better label.

The-official HUD reviewer told me it's to be called a labeled on sketch as Main Bathroom and that Master denotes dominance or control over another person or persons and to only use Bath or Main Bath period. En Suite is a French word and to guys like me who the French irritate it's highly offensive and its misleading because the average American Realtor who uses these labels also is the same one who will tell you that the property has stunning views, and he/she over exaggerates everything about the property including photo shopped photos.

So Fernando school is in : An en suite bathroom (en suite -French for attached bath or connected ) bathroom that is connected to a bedroom. Most often en suites are attached to master bedrooms, although they may be connected to any bedroom. En suites are thought of as private washrooms, and are never built off of common areas like hallways. Translation it's Realtor lingo to try and make a bathroom sound like its luxurious or big enough to live in . For Fernando I recommend-him the word MAIN BATHROOM- It's easy to spell-it's non-offensive to the PC correct woke crowd.

Now if your working with non-English speakers below are a few names of master bathrooms in other languages.

1- English=Master Bath= Main Bath- Beverly Hills an- Exclusivity designed Powder Room-for Lady Gaga.
2- Spanish=El Bano Principle
3- French-En Suite : Note: Highly offensive to folks who do not like the French.
4- Russian=“vannaya”
5- German- Meister Badezimmer
6- British--English -Slang The Big Crapper-Toilet only A WC-Water Closet-A toilet may also be called a Loo-Loo.
7- CA Ghetto = Where is the ****ter
