Really? I thought you do everything.
Still discussing with AMC. Seems like no one's taking it.
You can do it -so tell them $1,500 Bucks and 10 day ETA and don't give any extra value for the Red Tesla in the driveway.

Anything rural...almost. Not this one. Called the "Thompson Mansion"...ditto "Governor's Retreat" - above my pay grade...very rural they may be.

Yeah I would walk from those -I am too lazy and probably not competent. Back in the days I woudl take big stuff but paid a nephew who is an-architect to do the measuring and building sketch-One was so big I got lost inside : )

The Red Tesla is personal property, so you don't value that. But, of course, you must give significant value to the permanently attached charger in the garage.

The fee offered was $1,500. I didn't read the follow up posts before I turned it down.
Can't think about it anymore.

I have an order which is not high end but because it's a jumbo loan, the fee is higher (still below my minimum appraisal fees).
Just curious why appraisal fee is higher for higher loan amount. If loan amount was conforming, cheapskate lender would have cheapskate fee.

I happen to look at an appraisal I did in 2019.
I appraised at $1,290,000 but I see the loan amount is $1,300,000.
How could the loan amount be more than the appraised value?

Because since 2019 it went up 25 % : )

Depends on why the value is supposed to be so high. It is a SFR on development land? Is it big and fancy or big and fancy in a big and fancy location. Some are easier to deal with than others.
