Enterprising types could take advantage of this by establishing a “gently used" catalytic converter enterprise, ie. procure said converters where it’s merely a misdemeanor and resell them across state lines where demand is high. Just curious, it seems from some of your previous comments you vote towards the D side. I'm not really a fan of either party, I think they are both equally corrupt with some good ones on both sides. Unfortunately when a state goes mostly D these policies tend to follow. WA is similar with Seattle defunding police as crime soars. Just wondering in the recall election recently did you vote again for Newsome? These career politicians are ruining our states, especially the ones that border the Pacific Ocean.

excuse me, i live in a very big eastern city. it's not 'you guys' who keep electing the same goons. let's get it straight. it's the dead voters (buried), and the forgetful who vote more than once for their favorite politician. anyone notice it's the same big all demo cities that have their kingdoms locked up.
and please don't tell me there is no voter fraud. when romney ran, he only got 1 vote in some zip codes here.

No, I didn't vote in the recall. Glad I didn't waste my time.
Early this year, Oakland defunded the police and wanted to use some of its budget to help the community like providing after school activities. The council people there felt early intervention will help solve the crime problem. This year so far, Oakland had many homicides. Highest I can remember. 50+ cops have quit and Oakland doesn't have enough police and the murders continue. It's bad.
