Fence around tree

I was worried about this issue that I was rather cold and curt with the agent. I think the agent suspect something was up and may be worried with my appraisal.
When he asked do you live around here, I said "Yes" and didn't elaborate details. I didn't want to be too friendly if I might be a snag in the purchase.

I often see chain link fences that are close to the back of the home, not extending anywhere near the property line.

In such a case. do you mention fence is not along property line?

No. I don't ever mention anything about a fence unless it's FHA and defective paint.

As I see it. You can 1- Mention it in report and explain the relevancy. 2-require tree be removed and fenced straightened. 3-have fenced removed, 4-cut a slot in the tree so the fence can pass through.
5-Why mention it because nobody cares but you.

The answer is about 30 seconds into the video

We once had an Underwriter who had a hard on fore particular Fernando type appraiser. She would scream why does this guy mention things that nobody cares about and he also never gives us a solution like we are supposed to be this mother or babysitter- She also said every-time this knucklehead does this it forces us to have to ask if its a problem and if so whats the cure. I responded with yeah its a diversion method to take you eyes off the real ball and thats all the real issues missing in his report has. Missing bedroom photos-but walks around looking at a stupid fence--O'well and these guys wonder why they get so many stips.

Are you kidding me?
